    Foreclosure help
Any one have experience with Deutsche Bank as Trustee for Morgan Stanley 2005-10; I was sent a Notice you are in danger of losing your home with a copy of an ALLONGE Loan #; Borrower Name: In the amount of $____ Pay to the Order of Blank signed: WITHOUT RECOURSE BY person AVP of the originating loan.

How do I check if the person was really at the lender at the time of the loan; how do I check if the original note had the Allonge? Any suggestions? I am in Foreclosure and am about to do mediation through the state of Nevada Mediation Program. Any way to know if they have the wet signature original before I go?
Would appreciate any help anyone can give. THANKS

First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. (It caused another member to waste time answering the 2 year old OP)You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

Umm you don't know who you took your mortgage out with?

It's an allonge, so no, probably not. You didn't keep a copy of your loan papers?

Check with the mediation program and find out if there is any discovery mechanism.
