I am looking for a movie about twins that had an accident with their parents by a river and one gets lost, later they find she's been raised by other people and her sister thought she was dead. There's a scene from a flash back looking through a diamond pane window, when they reunite they have children already

The only movie I can think of with a similar plot is 'The Lookalike' with Melissa Gilbert, but her child was killed, and she keeps thinking she sees her.? Turns out to be her lost twin's daughter.
