So I have a large tree right beside my concrete drive way. The roots have broken the concrete and I was just wondering if there was anyway to re pave without cutting down the tree... andwithout it breaking the concreate again.

no. The tree will continue to grow and eventually crack the new concrete. You can cut the offending root but others may grow.
