I've used to watch this movie when I was 5 or 6 y old... I don't remember any names, only that it was a little boy on a planet (probably not Earth), with a giant egg, he used it for communicating with his granpa or some old man, he was lost, went into a cave full of snakes and left the egg behind. And the main part, some big bugs, rather like giant mosquitos tried to eat his brain, and then he survived, got a metal panel on his head... sounds AWFUL, I know!! But if anyone can help me remember, PLEASE. Thank You!
