My sister turn 21 in July so we went out Saturday night I got arrested and my sis got public drunk.Now she on superior probahtion so she violted her probahtion we paid the ticket for pd the next day her pro officer threw her in jail wendesday her lawyer said we have to wait for the da to respond she only owes 1 month left she done her community services her dui school and 10 days in jail she servrd she got 2 dui xanaxs in the glovebox and 1oz pot.but her boyfriend was with her and he threw the stuff in there in court he addmited he thew it in there he got 3 years and that was dismists so now this is where we are do you think she will get a bond we she a bond when she goes in front of the judge she is tore up in there she never been and only had 1 month left on probahtion

Anything could happen - whether she violated on day 1 or her probation or day 301 doesn't matter. She violated.

She could be sentenced to time in jail, probation could be extended, it's up to the Judge.

She has an Attorney - what does he/she say? That's the person who knows how Court in your area views these things.

First sentences, periods, capitol letters would really make this easier to read.


But she violated her probation ( and it sounds like it was state probation for a felony ? Not Federal Probation ( from federal court? ) *** that can make a big difference as to what can happen

But it does not matter a probation violation one month or one day before it is over, is still a violation, and they can be.

Also being in a car with a person who has drugs on them, is another violation if they want to.

So she was out drinking ( and sounds like she most likely does it regular ?)

She was with someone who had and uses drugs

And all of that while on probation, knowing that it could send her back to prison ?

Will have to wait to see what the judge is going to do
