Could you provide some more information? Maybe what operating system you are using. When th error message appears. What you have tried to do about it, etc.
I can tell you this: Dwwin.exe is Dr Watson, which is windows error capturing program. There are many different things that can cause this and they can sometimes be hard to find. One of the most common is Adobe Acrobat software. If you have this installed, try upgrading to the latest version available.
