I just bought a house in New Brunswick. I had a plumber dig up the curb valve and brought it up to the accessible level on the curb. The water pressue is very low. What Can I do

Is it low through out the whole house ? Do you have a pressure regulator ? Did you clean aerators and filter screens after the plumber was finished with his work ?
