This number does not work (address is not valid anymore either for Fleet). Fleet closed it's doors for operation several years ago. I need to know how to contact someone to get my transcripts (from 20 years ago!) . Crazy, but yes it's true.

Okay, I think this might help you. I did some research. The Fleet college closed in 1993.

The Maryland Higher Education commission retained some student records from several closed schools and Fleet was on the list.
