My daughters father did not sign the because and has not been in her life for 2-3 months now and now all of a sudden he wants to be back in her life. Is there any way to stop him from deciding when its convient for him to be her father and when he doesn't? He semi paid child support for the first 4-5 months but wanted to buy a new car so didn't care if he seen her because he wouldn't have to pay child support for that time being and he could buy his new car. I need help to get full custody any advise.

You each have rights - he to see his biological child unless he's a danger and you have a restraining order, and you to child support. DON'T abuse the restraining order system. File for support if he wants to breeze in and out and think a car is more important for a while. Then let him visit. He can file for that too.

But he refuses to pick her up does that mean that I am obligated to drop her off to him? If I don't drop her off to him is that me keeping his child from him? Or is it him abandoning her?he isn't a physical damage to her but I feel mentally he will be.
