There are a few different options to terminate a pregnancy in a recently mated dog. I would discuss this with your vet.
Getting your dog spayed would be the best option.

You only have a small window in which to get your dog into the vet for the injection, it it happened within 24 hours get her in now, otherwise book in for an appointment to have her spayed asap.
