Vaginal ultrasound did not show anything, not even a sac.

Sex on 9/10/

Approximately how far along am I and when is it most likely I conceived based on all information.

You conceived on either the 27 or the 10th, the sex dates too close to tell. So unless it was two different fathers it really does not matter does it.

If it was two different men, then after the baby is born, you have a DNA test done

I am worried if I conceived 8/27 that something more should have shown up on ultrasound and something is wrong!!

As Fr_Chuck said, only way to know for sure would be to have DNA testing done afterwards.

Your hcg level is what would be the norm more for the first few weeks of a pregnancy, although these can vary quite a bit. Did your period start on the 24th or end on the 24th? It really is too close to call. If you tend to ovulate on the early side, it could be the 27th if your period ended on the 24th. Less likely if it started on the 24th. If you tend to ovulate on the later side, the 10th of September is more likely. How long are your cycles normally?

A one time read of the hcg level doesn't tell a great deal however, and most likely they will check again along with another scan. If you did conceive around the 27th of August, there may not be much picked up on a scan just yet anyway. Usually more can be see once you would be closer to about 6 weeks along.
