    Can I move
I have leased a house for 1 year and have been living here for 5 months. During that time I have had servere cockroach invasion and the landlords are suppose to be taking care of the pest control (I am paying them extra for that service plus the pool/yard maintenance.) Also, about a half dozen rabbits have come by and drown in the pool. The landlords say it is to expensive to fix the fence so that the rabbits can't get in. While I was out of town, the landlords came into the house without approval (I had let them know that my daughter was on call while I was gone to let them in if necessary). I am very unhappy in this
Situation and would like to move out - question is "can I break the lease for the reasons stated"?

I doubt that the rabbit problem is covered, unless it violates the building code height requirement for people getting into the pool from outside. Who is responsible for cleaning the pool? If you, you have to dispose of the rabbits.
For entering without permission or notice, read the lease. There is usually a clause about emergencies, and you have the burden of proving that it wasn't one, especially if this relates to your complaint about the pool fence. And how did you let them know that your daughter was on call? Contact numbers should be part of the lease too, not a phone call or note.
