What are the disadvantages of apple inc for the lesser developed countries ?

The main disadvantage is cost per unit. The Apple desktops and notebooks are only offered in the premium market niche so they would be more expensive to deploy.
Other considerations would be service parts (Available only through Apple) and a smaller selection of software. For low cost deployment nothing beats Linux.
