Hi there, I'am 29 weeks pregnant and have been having the same pain in the same spot for about a month now. This pain comes and goes everyday and is my upper left side of me stomach below my ribs... It can get pretty annoying and sometimes very painful, but with rest goes away... I have not had my docs. Appt for this month yet so was just wondering if someone might be able to give me an answer before I will get in to see her and if u know of any things that might be cause and/or I can do to help me with this pain.

Does it feel like gas?

Does it feel muscular?

You may have pulled something.

If it has been going on for a month now, I would call the Doc's office in the morning and ask them. They might want you to come in sooner than your scheduled appointment.

A simple phone call could help put your mind at ease.

It could also be expantion due to growth. Baby could be positioned in a way that may cause some pain.

I am 26 weeks right now, and she tends to kick on my right side often, that it causes some pain.

Again, I would call just to be safe.
