I have a 2006 chevy impala and it has the controls on the steering wheel as well. This morning I was driving to work and the radio would change itself it would be on 100.5 and go to 100.3 or from 97.5 to 97.3 and when I play a cd it will play and keep going back to the beginning of the song is one of the buttons stuck or is there an issue with my radio any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like a stuck button.
You might try a good tuner cleaner, one that leaves no residue and is safe on plastics.

Try WD-40 on the control buttons.
