We have traced wiring, but cannot find bare/pinched/etc. What am I not seeing? Anyone else had this mystery? Thanks

Internal ECM short (e.g. leaking capacitor) is what normally causes it to blow. Installing a new ECM should solve the problem. Common problem on old Hondas.
