I'd recommend the Wikipedia article 'clostridium difficile.'
Only you and your doctor know the full situation for you, but I would definitely go all out on the healthy diet full of yogurt, probiotics, fiber and veggies and fruit and whole grains, no sugar, etc, as an addition to whatever you need for medication.

Clostridium Difficile (C-Diff) is an inflammation of the bowel normally caused by antibiotics.
When you take antibiotics they kill the bad bacteria as well as the good bacteria which is on our bowels. The good bacteria in our bowels control the growth of bad bacteria, when they have been killed by the antibiotics, the bad bacteria begin to multiply and cause infection and inflammation inside the bowel.
In most cases, Clostridium Difficile will pass itself within a few days; however, if the diarrhea persists for longer than that, consult your doctor as you may need a strong dose of a different antibiotic to clear the infection.
