    History of standard deviation?
[B]How Can I get information about history of standard deviation & standard erorr and variance (e.g:who discovered the statistic? what year? where? Why?)
Also, who would and has used this statistic in science?
Are they a valuable statistic in science?
    Thanks

Type in a search bar, in Google for example, and you get this:

History of statistics - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

It seems that all you want to get is there. Look further down the article and there is a section talking about where statistics are used today.

Do you have more questions? :)
