Found not guilty on a P.V. charge
My fiancé violated his probation on a new second degree assault charge. He took it to trial and was found not guilty by a jury, what are his chances of being reinstated on his probation and is it possible for him to have it closed out being that he no longer will reside in that state as I have moved since he was locked up and I have obtained a job and a new residence for him in the new state

Probation doesn't end if he moves - it transferred (if approved) to the new State. https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/crimin...on-115783.html

If he was found not guilty of all charges he will go back to his previous status.

Is that what you are asking?
