A year ago, I got a DUI that was dropped to a Wet Wreckless. I recently got put in the drunk tank for the night because I was Drunk in Public. This was a clear violation of my probation, but I was not given a citation when I was released from jail. Did they run a backround check on me in jail and see that or is it a completely different situation. If I got no citation and no court date for this DIP, am I going to still be charged with violating my probation? Please help!

Did you contact your PO immediately AFTER you were released?? If not, then THAT would/could be a reason for them to violate you. Plus, you don't need to be CHARGED with being drunk for your probation to be violated. All you have to do is BE drunk, and you were.
