Am I suffering plantar fasciitis?
For the recent year I suffer pain at the palms of my feet when I walk, especially in the morning when I get up of bed, after a long sit or lying down, or after a long walk. The pain focuses at the center back (a bit to the outer side) of my feet palms near the front side of my heels and sometimes spreads to the inner and outer sides of my feet palm. The pain is equal at both feet with the pain at the right feet a bit intense. So when I wake up every morning and got out of bed, I limp. The pain will be gone after standing or walking around for a while.
I have tried to use heel paddings for my shoes and sandals based on a suggestion from a friend. They eased the pain but didn't cure it.
I searched for information in the Internet and I found plantar fasciitis, which symptoms resemble my feet pain.
Am I really suffering plantar fasciitis? Is there any treatment for the pain at my feet? Please help me. Thank you.
