When I got out of the shower today I noticed my left nipple/aeriola his darker than the right one... what does that mean? Is this a pregnant sign??

It can be... areolas do usually start to darken and enlarge in pregnancy, but they can be different in appearance just naturally as well. Some women will notice a change when they are approaching, or during, their periods too.
