There is an easement for ingress/ egress locatedon my property, but it is not in my deed (servient owner). The easement is in the dominant owner's deed. They are not land locked. They have another way out. This easement was create at the time when the property had a life estate on it and via deed. The life estate was later bought, but not before this easement was created by the remainderman but is absent of any mention of the life estate (life tenant). Could this easement be declared void, illegal or whatever?
