Condenser fan turned off when It is hot out side, but it's on again after 30-or 1 hr cooling down. Any helps would be appreciated, thanks(york model)

I would check at load side of compressor contactor to see if voltage is present, Could be thermostat, contactor. I would verify at contactor to be sure compressor and fan ARE the problem, not a lack of Power.
