I was tested with a ua in work release. I had a beer yesterday day not thinking about it during lunch, completely stupid I know. The box checked on the ua form listed 6 drugs, and it had a spot that said to circle for ethanol, and it wasn't circled. Will they still test for it?

Sounds like a standard five panel test which would not check for alcohol. It is however easy to add a tab for alcohol. If you have not been directed to avoid alcohol then they are looking for illegal drugs.
