Possibly, yes. I'm amazed that your insurance company didn't verify your drivers license before insuring your vehicle. I have no idea if, following this claim, they'll "run" your name and find out this info.
What was the problem that got you this insurance status in the first place?
I believe SR-22 policies are the result of either driving uninsured or unlicensed. It's a special policy so that the person can still get to work. I believe (?) he is saying he didn't know his license was suspended, he got caught driving, he had to get this type of insurance.
Now it's happened again.
You can't just walk in off the street and get this type of policy.
