My girlfriend was kicked out of her house on September 18. She has been living with her sister since then, and she currently is still there. She will be 18 on may first. We live in Oklahoma. Can she legally become emancipated since she was kicked out and still does not live with her parents? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you to anyone who helps.

She can contact children's service and hire an attorney and file, but to be honest she will be 18 before it will ever get to court.
