MY husband has temperature 99.0 f from Thursday, he went to the doctor and as a doctor said he has cold , he gave him the erythrom but its not helping , today is a second day he is taking but nothing changed, he does ?not have any cold symptoms , what can it be ? Any suggestion will help

99 is almost normal. That small a difference from normal could be just having had a hot drink before going to the doctor or a very minor infection. The doctor said it's a cold. Colds get better in their own time, and medication is really to keep him comfortable. I wouldn't worry about it.

No its 4 th day that he has 99 and 99.2 highest and today is a second day that he is taking erythrom its suppose to help already I am worry

It's still only very slightly above normal. Honestly, if one of my children had a cold and a temperature of 99 degrees, I'd make them some honey and lemon and let them slob around the house, but I wouldn't worry about them.

What symptoms does he have?

No simptoms that's why l m worrying. Just t and had a night sweet but that days it was hot

Stop worrying. If you didn't have a thermometer would you even think there was anything wrong? Go by your husband. If he is generally well and healthy, then don't worry too much about the details.

On the other hand, if you KNOW he is ill, go and kick and scream until he gets attention, even if his temperature is normal.
