My sister is the life tenent I am the remanderman the will states she shall be responsible for taxes insurance and maintenance she wants me to pay all insurance and 1/2 the taxes and I do most of the maintenanse what are my rights

The way I see it you have two options. Your first option is to sue her in civil court for the $$$ for the taxes, insurance and maintenance that she has not paid. Your second option is to sue her in equity court for the termination of her life estate for her failure to comply with the conditions.

The two options are not exclusive. You can sue in both courts. But in any case you're going to have to sue her if you want to enforce your rights.
