I want to know if shea butter bleaches the skin and if it has any negative effect on the skin

The only negative affect I've seen from Shea Butter is that occasionally it can lead to a minor skin break-out.

Shea Butter don`t have any negative effect on the skin and no it don`t bleach your skin either, all it does is to help reduce the look of any scares that you may have and any form of stretch marks too :)
