Does procedural law that dismisses an appeal to clear their docket in Circuit Court also dismiss the support order that was ordered in District Court? The attorney is claiming that it does, I say it doesn't but can't find any authority for Virginia.

When you lose an appeal then it reverts to what the original order had said. What was at issue here on appeal ?
