I have 5 lights in my garage, I just changed two of the lights bulbs that were blown and replaced them with two new bulbs. Now the lights are dim and after about 5 seconds it is triggering the circuit breaker and killing all power to the garage and restroom on that circuit. It seems power is pulling so how. All I did was change lights bulbs that weren't working... What is going on?

Flourescents I assume? Sounds like you have a bad ballast.

Until you tell us exactly the type of lamps, fixture, etc, we are only guessing.

Remove all bulbs, and try 1 fixture at a time.
