I want to add to my question by saying that I found and printed the answer to a similar question on a similar faucet, but that solution did not work for this faucet. I looks as though it should. The answer was for Lady Lux and said to pull out the hand spray and lift the goose neck and tighten screw. But we tried that and couldn't lift the rigid goose neck enough to get a wrench in. Hope you can help us. Thank you.

Tighten what? What nut are you trying to tighten? Can you post a picture or a diagram of your faucet? Let me know, Tom

Does the faucet look like this one ? See the pic...

Lady Lux has quite a unique way ( and very innovative ) way of tightening the faucet to the counter top. Also you need special insert-wrench to do so ( supplied with each faucet ). I am not sure whether Bridgeford line has the same system, but looking at the exploded view, chances are you will have to get under the sink with Basin Wrench and do it the hard way: tighten the nut in impossible small place between the sink and wall.

If the nut is tighten against plywood counter top then be ready to do it again in few months. It never holds tight for long...
