I have a 3yr old who is up 4 adoption as I was on drink and drugs before but now my circumstances have changed I am married I don't take drugs or drink I am settled will there be any chance that the social service could take this 1 away as I am pregnant again

Your question is unclear. Are you looking to get back your older child or are you hoping they won't take your unborn child.

You will need to appeal to social services and maybe go to court to block the adoption. But if the child is up for adoption, it would appear your rights were terminated which is rarely reversible.

If your circumstances have truly changed, then there should be no reason for social services to take your child once its born. The fact that you are married will have a strong influence on that.
