    Urinalysis is only used to test for, diabetes and urinary tract infections to name only two. However, it can also be used to detect the amount of blood in urine to detect the present of kidney stones.

    Not knowing enough about DNA and what exactly it can tell us, and how much money they are going to spend on tests, and what equipment the lab doing this will have.

    But normaly blood type is found from blood

    No lab right now has the equipment to give blood type from a urine test, chuck. You have been watching too much CSI.
