Hey ,I just want to know something else about garnishment because I just saw my bank accoubt today and noticied the I got a 7500.00 overdraw,and I call the bank and they told me it's a Florida garnishment but they don't tell me nothing else,tnks

First, please don't piggyback your question onto someone else's. This thread is from 2007. When you add your question as a comment, it makes it much harder to find your question and answer it accordingly.

Second, the bank should be able to tell you who filed the garnishment. Have you checked your credit report to see if there are any judgments against either yourself or your spouse?
