This can be very common with the use of inhalers.
Try a salt mouth wash to gargle after brushing your teeth twice a day,
Dissolving a teaspoon of salt in a cup of warm left to cool from a boiled kettle.
Also if you can buy a tongue scrapper which you can purchase from health stores this should help, use after brushing your teeth but before your mouth wash.

Brushing your teeth morning & night After your inhalers is a good habit to get into to help prevent thrush in the mouth.

I hope this is of some help to you. If after a week you still have the symptoms I would urge you to go & see your Doctor. They will probably prescribe you some medication in liquid or pastille form.

Thrush is a yeast, so eat plain yogurt and other naturally cultured foods... that can help to kill the yeast. Yeast feeds on sugar, so cut as much of it out of your diet as possible.

If that doesn't help, I'd definitely see the doctor. He/She will be able to give you a prescription that will clear it right up.
