Basically they drug tested a relative 3 times that was court ordered that all came up clean in the state of Massachusetts, then they issued another one for no reason that came up dirty, what are my rights?

You gave up most , if not all of your privacy rights in order to be released from incarceration.

Don't be dirty is the only way to be safe.
