Have a Toyota Sequoia and need to find the vacuum hose and pvc vavle. How do I do that?

It's located on the valve cover. Not sure which one and fyi not all vehicles have one but if the parts store has a listing for one, then you have to look on both valve covers and it's usually in a rubber gromet or can be covered by a housing.
