It's not as simple as that... If you're applying for a TAXI drivers license, or a FOOD HANDLERS license, you probably won't have a problem.. But, if you're applying for say, a CPA license, or STOCK BROKER license, you might have some trouble...

Plus, if your conviction was for a joint, or for a ton might make a difference too.
