Only symptoms cramps and bad smell w/ brown discharge got it out but should I see a dr?

I guess you know that tampon was sort of rotting in there with your body heat. Its good you got it out, now you probably need a cleaning somehow. I would suggest seeing your doctor for an internal check up and a pap smear.
