The court eviction paperwork should clearly tell you a date you need to vacate. Did you attend the court hearing

You were served with notice of the case after the hearing was held?

I would guess that the lawyer for the landlord told the judge that you had not yet been served with process, and the judge therefore postponed the hearing. That's what should have happened.

Call the clerk of court and ask for the current status of the case. Or go to the courthouse and ask to see the court file.

How many dates do I have after my court hearing for none payment of rent?
