I am an american citizen. My husband is a citizen of brasil where he resides now. We have a 2 yr old son which resides with me here in america. We got married in the US in August 2007. He had to vountary deport back to brasil due to him being here illegally and getting caught my immigration. Me and my son went to Brasil with him for 8 months returning to the US in April of 2009. How do I get a divorce with me being here in the US and him being in Brasil

You are an American... you can simply file for a divorce here.

Yeah I'm an american. What if I don't know the his address to serve him papers.

You file for the divorce just as you would if he was an American. You may have to present copies you have pertaining to his deportation to help your case.
