So... you get your lawyer to call his lawyer to remind him of his obligation or you take it back to the Judge that divided up the assets and bills.

And your question is.. Did you pay off the cards and want to be reimbursed? Or are you trying to enforce the current order?

You can take hin back to court but they would just tell him to pay it when he can. It is pretty much a waste of time. My ex has done the same thing to me as well.
