Essentially you can't. It's like trying to get a pair of shoes from your bedroom if you can't access your bedroom.

But this is also a bit lacking in info (like your other post). Why can't you access your account? Forget your password? Getting some kind of error on the site? Using an email client and it's not connecting right? What's going on?

You can always log into ask me help desk to see any responses to your question. Email is the preferred way of contacting you, but it isn't necessary.
