I am prenant and due on the 11th of October... problem is I spilt with my boyfrien just before xmas and slepy with my ex on the 30th of December later that day my period came... I got bk with my boyfrien the next day and we had sex throughout the month of January isit possible that baby could be my exes?

Anything is possible - either one could be the father. Wait until the baby is born and then have DNA testing performed.

Odds are in your favour that your boyfriend is the father for a few reasons: 1) sex right before your period is due is the least likely time to become pregnant, possible, but not likely 2) you had sex with your ex the one time and multiple times with your boyfriend, yes it only takes one time, but for the majority of women it doesn't. 3) you would most likely have an earlier due date if your ex was the father, were your dates changed at all due to the results of a scan at some point?

Now, the odds may be in your favour but, as JudyKayTee stated, timing could be off so your ex being the father could be possible since you were with him at the end of Dec. If you want to make certain, have that DNA testing done... it is easy to do and, unfortuntely, fairly common.

Agree, odds are in favor of boyfriend but there is no way to be sure till the baby is born and you do a DNA test

And better to find out as soon as the baby is born than some time later - as evidenced all the time on the legal boards.
