My Nissan Altima 2000 has a problem with the ac/heater switch:when I turn it on in position 1 doesn't work.Now is getting worst, only work in the last position n.4.Can anyone please tell me if the problem is the switch ,the resistant or something else?

That is usually the blower resistor going out.
Replace that resistor and retest.
