    Air con bad smell
The air conditioner at work is putting off a bad oder. We thought it was natural gas at first, rotton egg, but then realized it was coming from the unit. I got very sick and had to leave. What could be leaking from this unit? Could it be hurting our lungs?

Sounds like the evaporator drain pan drain is partially clogged and you have all sorts of nasties breeding and growing in the swamp that creates.

Natural gas has the odor due to it being artificially added to make it identifiable in low concentrations. Freon has not such odor to it.

There are ways that can be corrected. THere are ways to desolve and flush that out HVAC techs can use. I'd recommend getting them to take care of this.
