I need help writing a proposal letter/bid to clean cabins,that are 50 miles from my home.Cleaning supplies are furnished by owners.There are 15 cabins,2 or 3 occupancy is for( 4) people,the rest is for (6) to (8)people.All cabins have hot tubs & grills outside on decks.

First list (for us and for yourself) what exactly you would clean.

I usually do home visit so I can see what the house looks like. How big the bathrooms are, clutter, kitchen cabinets and appliances, amount of furniture to be dusted! I clean houses on a regular basis anywhere from 1000 sq ft to 4500 sq ft. Most houses even if cleaned on a regular basis take about three hours
