My hot water just trickles out of the facet we have tankless hot water. This just started happening about a week ago. The upstairs shower is the worst. But it is only the hot water the cold water pressure is fine. Can I do anything to fix this or who do I call a plumber or a furnace repair man. Whe have a 350 foot artesian well, that supplies the house

Did it just started doing this ? When was the tankless heater installed ? What brand is it ? Have you ever had it serviced ?

There are several things that may cause this:

1. Inadequate gas supply / undersized gas line
2. Calcification of the tankless heater
3. Clogged filter screen on the heater intake / outlet ports

Solutions for the above :

1. Tankless heaters use lots of gas. Therefore they almost always need its own, dedicated, gas supply. Unless the heater is installed in proximity of gas meter, anything less than 1" pipe will probably not do the trick

2. Tankless heaters have to be periodically flushed. Manufacturer suggests about once a year. If you have hard water then you have to stick to this schedule. Rinnai tankless heaters have small port hole in the middle. If it lights up then it means your heater is clogged with calcium. Call plumber. He will flush the heater. That will restore the flow.

3. There are filter screens on both intake and outlet ports of the heater. They may be clogged. Have plumber to check them out first and clean them.

Does this tankless heater incorporate a tankless coil from inside a boiler or is this an actual wall mounted tankless water heater?

If you have a wall mounted tankless water heater follow Milo's advice and answer his questions.

If you have an older tankless coil at a boiler then you or a plumber can try to do an acid wash of the tankless coil or you may need to replace the coil entirely.
